  • Optional – educational materials, shopping lists, kitchen audit, healthy recipes relevant to your plan (as requested)
  • Provides good follow up after one of the programs below or consultation before diving into the below programs

  • 12 Week Kick Start
  • Initial consultation to review health history, goals, values and more
  • More detailed nutrition plan based on your goals, likes and dislikes
  • More detailed exercise programming based on your goals and current level of fitness
  • Bi-weekly one on on sessions (45 – 50 minutes)
  • Weekly check ins by phone or email
  • Develop of a program specific to YOU, including SMART Goals
  • Provides Encouragement and Accountablity
  • Optional – educational materials, shopping lists, kitchen audit, healthy recipes (as requested). You will be sent personalized weekly material via email.
  • Adjustment of all program plans, as needed, to account for any obstacles that may arise. Adjustments will also be made in nutrition and exercise based on progress.
  • Pay in advance for a substantial savings or pay week – to – week.
